Novena to Saint Rita

Comments: I recently learned of St. Rita
and can not remember where or how, but sought out the novena and found that
the very day I began it, my request was answered in a most impossible way ~
and that is who she is, the Saint of the Impossible. Today thoughts of the
prayer group kept coming to me regarding St. Rita, and so I am sending it
along for your consideration. I was happy to see that you now have links on
your site to none other than her shrine. Its been awhile since I've been to
the site...it's wonderful. It gave me joy to see, once again, how our
Heavenly Father is never a minute too early or late when it comes to leading
us through this oftimes perilous journey on our way home. ~MCW |

Comments:
St. Martha was a favorite of my mother's. When my husband and I wanted
another child, in January I began this novena, and novenas to the
Infant of Prague and Our Lady of Perpetual Help, praying to be pregnant by
the end of the year. My baby was born in October. ~MAG |
Novena to St. Joseph

Comments: This novena was given to me when I was out of work. After I started
praying it, things started looking up. I guess one should expect St. Joseph
would come to the aid of a working man ~RG |

Holy Face

Comments:
This devotion asks for the downfall of our Lord's ememies. It
originated in France. I think it would be a good one to pray to bring
our prodigals home again.

Saint Ethanasius stated that when devils were asked what verse in
Scripture they feared the most, they responded with "the beginning of Psalm
68" which they said always makes them flee.
"Let God arise, let His enemies be scattered;
let those who hate Him flee before His Holy Face." Psalm 68 |
